Employment Opportunities at Era Alaska. as of March 12, 2010 TITLE OF POSITION: Kodiak Station Manager SALARY LEVEL: DOE REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: College degree in Business Administration preferred 2 years management experience in supervisory or leadership positions considered in lieu of college education Commitment to customer service Experience with staff scheduling and personnel management Strong operational qualities and willingness to work "hands on" within the operation Excellent communication skills, written and oral Strong decision making skills Experience in Microsoft Office applications DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate all aspects of station operations in accordance with FAA and company policies and procedures. Supervise all station functions including ticketing, gate control, Training, baggage handling, and ramp operations. This position is responsible for hiring and supervision of station personnel. Interact with State of Alaska personnel as well as staff of other entities operating at the facility. Maintain required records Promote and encourage Safety procedures Provide leadership and direction to develop and maintain high performance standards. Other duties as assigned.
