Only tickets purchased on or after August 15, 2001 are eligible.
To collect your free confirmed one (1) round trip ticket reward, you must turn in twelve (12) one-way or six (6) round-trip passenger receipts with your name on all the receipts.
The reward is valid on Frontier Flying Service destinations only and is good for three (3) months from the date of issue.
- Frontier Flying Service receipts must be for full fare. Tickets that ARE NOT ELIGIBLE are tickets that are unused, free or non-revenue, reduced industry rates, special group rate, charters, bulk tickets, quick tickets or unreadable tickets.
- To redeem the reward coupon, stop at the following ticket counters during business hours: Anchorage, Aniak, Barrow, Bethel, Fairbanks, or Galena.
- Only original receipts in the traveler's name for Frontier Flying Service flights can be credited. Altered receipts will not be acccepted for credit. Pooling or combining receipts by different individuals (including family members) is not permitted.
- Frontier Flying Service rewards are non-transferable. The reward will be issued in the receipt holder's name only. All applicable taxes and fees must be paid by the traveler before the award may be used. Use of the reward is also subject to any other applicable published restrictions.
- Once issued, all coupons, tickets or receipts are the responsibility of the traveler. Frontier Flying Service is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen tickets. The coupon will not be replaced, extended or exchanged. There is no cash value to the coupon.
- The Frontier Flying Service Frequent Flyer Program guidelines, by which it is administered, are subject to additions, deletions or revisions at any time.
